Sharon Choi Stuart, Attorney at law
Sharon Choi Stuart has been practicing law since 2000. She began her career as an Immigration attorney at a boutique immigration law firm handling immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and family related and business related matters, including Asylum, Removal Defense, and other immigration matters. She later became a partner at a different law firm that had offered both immigration and bankruptcy legal services.
She has been admitted to the Virginia Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Virginia. Her professional associations and memberships include the Richmond Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar (Bankruptcy Section), the Metropolitan Richmond Women's Bar Association (Past President), and the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation, board member.
In recognition of her legal excellence she has been awarded the Influential Women of Virginia and been named as a Legal Elite.
